I had a pretty good stay overall. The rooms were a little small, but mine had a great view. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location couldn't have been better for exploring Tromso. Dining offered some nice choices, but they ran out on some days. However, the facilities were really well-kept and enjoyable.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were tastefully furnished with nice surfaces and lighting, though three rooms weren't ready which was a bit inconvenient, and unfortunately, there was no heating in my room located on the 8th floor. The service was exceptional with kind and professional staff members, except for a small hiccup where they forgot to prepare our breakfast box for the next day. The location couldn't have been more convenient, situated in Tromso with easy access from the airport and walking distance to the main street and the beautiful sea bay. The dining experience was superb, offering gluten-free and vegan options, however, at times tables were not promptly cleared. The facilities were great overall.
